PortPD

Port PD are short online learning programs designed to help keep training professionals compliant with VET Professional Development requirements by providing them with a basic understanding on current VET issues that affect their roles. New topics are released in response to pertinent change within industry such as new legislation or training concepts. Completing assessment at the end of a Port PD allows you to print off a statement of completion that can be placed inside your Professional Development Register as verifiable evidence of VET PD.

Port PD can be purchased for $99 per learner / per topic or you can receive access to each Port PD for an unlimited number of users per business as part of your standard ChalkPort Membership.

To ensure that learning content relates to current changes within the VET industry, old courses are archived so that only current courses are available.

Purchase through online store

An enrolment into a Port PD can be purchased online through our store. A username and password is issued via email the next business day, after payment is finalised. The purchaser can login immediately upon receiving their login information and start accessing the course content. There is a short online knowledge test at the end of the course that you are welcome to take when you have completed the learning. Completing this test will allow you to print off your statement of completion.

Free Port PD as part of your ChalkPort Membership subscription

Port PD topics are free for an unlimited number of users per business as a part of ChalkPort Membership. Topics are loaded into your own ChalkPort: Learn Centre meaning that in addition to the standard content and assessment, all records are stored permanently and participation by staff can be verified anytime with one click. In addition, all content and assessment can be customised by you to suit your organisation for your own internal use.
