ChalkPort QMS 2010 Materials & QMS Online version 4.0

Many RTO’s have policy and procedure, but do they have system? AQTF 2010 has re-articulated systematic approach and continuous improvement as the backbone of outcomes based auditing used in AQTF audit.

ChalkPort’s QMS (CPQMS2010) is the largest used quality system in the Australian RTO space underpinned by the ADRI cycle and Systems Theory. A full quality system based around eight management systems scalable to the size and scope of any RTO. It provides the processes and tools that enable an education and training organisation to implement an integrated approach to quality and supports this with guides such as the ‘Getting ready for deployment ‘ guide and the ‘Getting ready for audit’ guide.

Members have the ChalkPort QMS 2010 materials pre-loaded into their QMS Online application, also provided as part of their service. Updates to the software and system are free to members.

QMS Online is web based quality document management software. It assists with deployment of a quality approach, protects the integrity of documents and assists in the minimisation of waste through automation of manual process and reduction of paper dependency.

As part of the Membership service members receive ongoing access to VET Professional Development courses preloaded into their own copy of OLC. Port PD is a quick and simple solution to VET related professional development that helps cover AQTF 2010 professional development requirements. A short assessment is automatically marked at the end of the program so that there is verifiable evidence of development that can be placed within each trainer’s professional development register.

AQTF 2010 has made it clear that feedback, from clients to the RTO and from training staff to RTO management, is core to the continuous improvement process.Smarter Data is an all-in-one online survey management, analysis and reporting software designed to make collecting, tracking and analysing the Quality Indicator questionnaires easier. Its focus is on intuitive, step by step interface design, which is supported by powerful reporting. This breaks down what can be a confusing and complicated process into simple user friendly steps.

There is no need to search through help manuals with Smarter Data. Each part of Smarter Data has instructions on how to complete the process of using Smarter Data.
