Who can access support?

Technical support is only available to the administrator of any ChalkPort software. All other staff should contact their administrator for assistance.

How to access support

To access support please complete the form below and click Email support. This will automatically submit a ticket to ChalkPort. Once your ticket has been updated you will receive notification of response to your registered email address. To add further feedback, please reply to the notification that has been sent to you.

Support times

Ticketing support is available 24/7. However, please allow up to 48 hours to respond on non-critical issues.

Critical issues

To notify ChalkPort of critical issues resulting in server downtime or loss of access to your ChalkPort software please contact ChalkPort on 07 3303 0142.
