Quick Overview

Our wisdom tells us that workplace culture promotes or blocks innovation and business growth. ACWE Pty Ltd (RTO 40857) is a multiple award winning program because it recognises this inextricable link and has responded by designing a powerful transformational approach to leadership development. ACWE’s approach to leadership development has inspired its students to:

  1. Cultivate their leadership capabilities and capacity to lead and manage self and others
  2. Create a win/win approach to student engagement and completion
  3. Inspire others to ‘step up’ to their responsibilities
  4. Influence people to be ‘change agents’ in their area or work
  5. Involve their team to create transformational results

ACWE’s Pty Ltd Leadership Principle Framework has been specifically designed for emerging and/or high potential Leaders and Managers keen to formalise their skills with a nationally recognised qualification. The ‘safety net’  learning environment is a unique springboard for your frontline and mid-level leaders willing to explore a deeper level of their own strengths which relate to building and maintaining high performing teams

This 10-12 month program uses a flexible and blended learning model. This is a combination  workplace and live virtual online platform two days per month. A one-on-one coaching session is scheduled between workshops to assist with a charter to drive your business’s success.

This ensures a seamless transition between the theory from the workshops into practical application in the workplace.

To manage effectively, a leader has to measure. This program provides the opportunity for participants to measure ‘where they are right here right now’ regarding their management and leadership skills. They determine the ‘bus’ they will travel to reach their destination to ensure their success.
