Our goal is to create software with a Zero Percent learning curve, software that you can use immediately without needing to go through a software learning process.
One of the greatest hurdles to the introduction of new software is the time required to learn to use it. There is always organisational resistance to the introduction of change even if it produces a more desirable outcome.
Our goal is to create software that you can use immediately, without needing to go through a software learning process. Where possible, ChalkPort achieves this by attempting to use functions and interface that look and feel like those that you may already be familiar with from other pieces of popular software. Meaning, if you have used another piece of popular software, you already know how to use ChalkPort’s.
ChalkPort’s software has been undergoing development for over a decade and as any quality system will tell you, variation is the enemy.
To combat this enemy ChalkPort is undergoing a major overhaul of all its software so that where possible, all interfaces, functions and names of links are the same from one piece of ChalkPort software to the next – this creates a smaller, incremental learning experience rather than an introduction to massive new concepts as you step through the ChalkPort suite of products.
